What is it?

The purpose of these sessions is to provide all those involved in family life ministries a foundational understanding of the Church’s teachings on Marriage and Family so that they will be equipped with a better and stronger understanding when ministering and accompanying others in need. All others who are interested are most welcome to participate too.

What does it consist of?

The course consists of 4 modules that will be conducted over 2 years, 2 modules per year. Each module consists of 6 sessions.

Church teachings in Marriage and Family – what we need to know

Dates: 2, 16, & 30 August, 13 & 27 September, 11 October

Conducted by Rev Fr James Yeo

Each session will be held from 7.45pm to 10pm, consisting of 2 one-hour talks with a 15 minutes break in between.

Points for reflection and further reading for enrichment will be provided at the end of each session so that participants can continue their enrichment at home.

How much does it cost?

$30 per person per module, inclusive of bento dinner for all sessions (for Family Ministry members).

$60 per person per module, inclusive of bento dinner for all sessions (for others).

Fees to be paid at the registration counter on the first day of each module.
