Question 1.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TOB CONFERENCE AND THE TOB FOR BEGINNERS?

The TOB Conference on 26th October provides an overview into the TOB and how it can be applied in our lives, with sharings from some individuals and couples.

The TOB For Beginners on 28th October delves into the actual contents and rich teachings of the TOB itself.

HOW TO GET TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE

Although there is a car park at the venue, car park lots are limited. Participants are strongly advised to take public transport where possible.

Question 3.

HOW DO I ENTER THE CONFERENCE VENUE?

Once you have registered online, you should have 1 ticket (The Ticket) for each participant.

The Ticket should include the break out sessions that you have chosen.

Print and bring The Ticket to the conference venue. At the registration table, please show The Ticket to the ushers. This will be scanned and once passed a lunch coupon will be issued to you. This coupon will give you entry to the conference venue. You must also keep this coupon for lunch, when it will be exchanged for your bento set.

For the break out sessions, you will need to show The Ticket that you have already printed to the usher at the door of the respective break out session. This will serve as your entry pass to the break out session that you have chosen.

 

Question 4.

I DID NOT PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE FOR THE CONFERENCE. CAN I COME FOR THE EVENT ON THE DAY ITSELF?

We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets online prior to the event as seats are limited and we cannot guarantee that there will still be seats available on the day of the event. Please check with our staff at the counter for walk in registrations at the conference venue.

If there are tickets still available, they will cost SGD $20.00 per ticket, and can be purchased by cash only.

We also wish to inform you that even if there are tickets available for the main event, you may or may not be able to get tickets with the break out sessions of your choice, as these are also subject to availability.

 

Question 5.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS AT THE EVENT?

No photography, videography or audio recording is allowed at the event. Only our official photographers/ videographers will be given permission to do so.

 

Question 6.

ADMISSION POLICY

  1. Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed tickets must be produced for admission.
  2. Infants in arms and children under 7 years old may be admitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat (they must be seated on the lap of a parent or guardian).
  3. Adults and children 7 years old and above will each require a ticket for admission.
  4. Latecomers will not be admitted except at the discretion of venue staff.
  5. No unauthorised photography, videography or audio recording is allowed.
  6. No eating and/or drinking is allowed at the event venue.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

  1. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
  2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues and their employees from any liability thereafter.
  3. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
  4. There is no refund, exchange or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
