Unpacking the deepest desire of our hearts

“I’m only human!”

So, what does it mean to be created in the image of God?

What is love and sexuality? What is my true purpose in life?

“The human body includes right from the beginning… the capacity of expressing love, that love in which the person becomes a gift – and by means of this gift – fulfills the meaning of his being and existence.”
– St. John Paul II

Based on Scriptures, “Theology of the Body” (TOB) is St John Paul II’s teaching on love, life and human sexuality. In understanding the Human Person, through TOB, we begin to understand and discover the reason for the deeper stirrings and desires of the human heart – drawing us to live a free, fruitful, faithful and total life!
